1.a.Determine font and create a file to submit to SP. Try to stick to font that they have to comply with 2.
b.Determine windows logo and other symbols to use.
2.Determine Costs.
If cost too high go back to 1, or give up.
If you want a font they cant do, you must submeit SVG files. Per file you';ve got to pay $25. The caps themselves are still more expansive than regular text caps. The $40 Stamndard kit would cost something between $150 and $200 depending on quantitiy.
