Description

What is a Deliciosa?
Monstera Deliciosa are a type of plant sometimes referred to as the swiss cheese plant.
These plants transform your space instantly to be somewhat of a tropical paradise

When the pandemic started, a lot of us humans turned to plants as a source of stress relief.
Having a piece of nature around us improves our overall mood to be brighter and more.... cheerful.
Designed these with the intention of achieving the same effect through these deskmats.

I hope these mats bring a bit of brightness and positivity to your desk. Brighten up your space with a touch of Monsteras.
(this is my first IC that i put together, so please be kind lol)

**UPDATE on Round 2 Interest Check
So since the first IC i've listened to the feedbacks and done a few things :

~~ Changed the name "Monstera" to "Deliciosa" to avoid confusion with another deskmat design with the same name

~~ fixed a lot of how thing are visually by terms of color and shading and composition. basically let the things in the mat tell me where they want to be and made things more balanced

COLORWAYS

I Wanted colors that range from Natural to the Un-natural...
The scenes and mood on different colorways also move from warm, bright and fresh days to cooler, darker and grittier nights.
also, the different colorways are not just recolors but all layed out a bit differently just so everything aspect of that colorway plays well with each other.

DETAILS

Switches in this design have a bit of my personal style to them with the use of patterns as texture or shading.
Objects and backgrounds have all been arranged so that foreground and background are
in a way that the scene is complex or detailed but totals to a very simple overall picture that just meshes with each other.
kind of a like how a nice, thick, full of life garden is.
