Carpio 2.0 is placed under the palm of your hand (not wrist) to reinforce pressure from the wrist to the lower palm. Harmful extension is reduced by lifting your wrist for about a centimeter. It also allows for movement of the whole arm instead of fixing your wrist position and increasing wrist deviation.
