"Let's Split" Machined Aluminium case (cancelled)

Hi all, here is an update on the overall state of this group buy:
In the order stage, 5 orders were placed, out of the original 10 that were planned. While this is only half, I decided that it would be best to just get the group buy going, and I would buy the remaining 5.

So far, only 3 out of the 5 invoices that have been sent have been paid, and this is too low to continue the GB.
This leaves me with three possible steps/options that can be taken from here:

1) I will contact the manufactuer to evaluate more options in terms of reducing the order quantity, and then we may be able to proceed with the current number of paid invoices.
2) I will re open the order form, and therefore will be able to accept more orders, allowing us to reach the minimum paid order count required currently (being 5)
3) If all else fails and I have not come up with a solution, the group buy will most likely be cancelled on Sunday the 12th of November. All invoices will be refunded.

Hello everyone, the time has come for the machined case that I have been working on for the last few months to be released here on Geekhack for a limited group buy.

For this first run, only 10 cases will be availaible, so be sure to get in fast! I'm sorry to have to limit it to this quantity, but I can not afford the risk of a more expensive group buy at this time. In the future, larger quantities may be run, but since this is my first group buy, 10 will be the limit.

The case will cost $249 USD, including international shipping. Included will be a left and right case (with your choice of blue, grey or silver annodisation), a left and right switch plate (with your choice of finish), assembly screws and rubber feet.
